Prayer Update from Ted & Diane Holzmann
Serving under TEAM Mission in Germany
Last update sent: January 31st.

Dear Praying Family and Friends,

Greetings in the matchless Name of Jesus!

The greatest news we have at this moment: Diane will be able to walk with the graduating class on May 21st! All petitions for life learning and other credit for work she has done in Germany were approved (they were denied two years ago), thus giving her sufficient credits to participate. YEAH!!

___FOR YOUR ATTENTION THIS MONTH___

DIANE'S INTERNSHIP: She has formally met with just one client so far. This is not going to meet her requirement of 50 contact hours over the next two months. The CIU Spiritual Life Office will publish an announcement this week that she will offer a group for Brides to Be. Tomorrow evening we meet with a group from church, mostly women, who are interested in working through the personal implications of John Eldredge's book, Sacred Romance; this might become another group for Diane to facilitate. PRAY FOR God's hand to bring together those who need Diane's counsel, and from whom Diane can grow in her counseling experience.

TED'S PREPARATIONS FOR MAINBURG: He has done some reflective thinking and planning as to what tools and at what schedule we should move forward. One of the clear messages has been: go slow with programs, go deep with people! For our personal long-term health, and for that of the future church, we know that this will mean putting the brakes on some of the expectations for rapid development of new programs, especially in light of the excitement of that dedication service we shared with you last month. PRAY FOR wisdom as Ted communicates his plans with the folks in Mainburg, and for their receptiveness.

PRACTICAL MATTERS: Some of you may be interested AND have the capacity to assist us with some translation (English --> German) work. We have the author's permission -- he taught one of Diane's classes -- to translate a small book, which we would like to use in Mainburg (and, hopefully, beyond!). If you are such a person, or know someone who might be, please make it a matter of PRAYER and let us know. The rest of you PLEASE PRAY for God's supervision over this and several other translation/preparation projects; like Ted's uphill climb on the learning curve for putting up our website.

We are SO grateful to you for your sustaining prayers and care. Let us hear from you, so that we can also pray for you with knowledge!

In Christ,
Diane and Ted
