Ted
& Juli Kautzmann...with

Training Network

Thank you
so much for praying for the Kautzmann family. Both Sarah and Sam made their trips
safely from Indiana and Kenya, respectively in time for Christmas.
We had a great time. Sarah returned to Taylor U on New Years eve.
Sam is staying here through the Spring. While here hes taking two
courses at a local evangelical seminary, and helping to lead worship at a Christian High School twice a week,
at a
prision ministry on
Fridays, and in
our own
church. Hes also hoping to asist in the leadership of a youth group.
At the same time, hes starting
to look again at colleges for the Fall.
Thanks
again. Here
are some current prayer requests:
1 A
team coming next week from Michigan to paint the LATN building:
·
Good weather
for painting
·
Health and
safety for team members
·
Productivity
and enjoyment in the work
2. Our
LATN work:
·
Negotiations
underway to set up a course production center as a colaborative project
between LATN, ESEPA (a local evangelical seminary) and MAF-LT (Mission
Aviation Fellowship Learning Technologies Division). Pray we would
plan this with wisdom and foresight.
·
Pray for the
testing of two courses to begin soon. One is an exciting new course
called Hispanic Approaches to the Reformation. The other, I
Corinthians, is in its second test, this time with a first time
on-line mentor living in Iowa (!), but with students in Spain, Venezuela
and maybe Costa Rica.
3.
Kautzmann
Family:
·
Our son Sam
needs direction and wisdom from God regarding his future and his choice of
college this fall.
·
Our church
here still lacks a head pastor after 3 years of searching. Teds on
the search committee. Pray we find the right pastor, in a part of
the world in which non-pentecostal pastors with decent preparation are
very scarce.
Gratefully,
Ted
